RadarOnline reports that the couple (who got engaged over Christmas) are in the midst of working out a pre-nuptial agreement, and by the looks of things, Jess ain't feeling so confident about her soon-to-be-hubby!
A source told Radar: "She thinks if he strays during the marriage, she should be royally compensated," adding: "She wants a fidelity clause…giving her at least $500,000 if he does."
Justin, meanwhile, is reportedly only offering a cash settlement with no fidelity clause or alimony.
Uh oh – this spells trouble! Apparently Jess is totally unwilling to budge on her demands because Justin has allegedly cheated throughout their four-year relationship.
"She doesn't trust him 100 percent yet. Jessica figures if she gets fat during pregnancy, he'll cheat again," said the source.
Ah yes, trust issues… a great basis for a great marriage.
