Less than a week after she hit back at designer Karl Lagerfeld for calling her 'too fat', the singer has appeared on Vogue looking way thinner than normal.
According to the Daily Mail, the 23-year-old's mag cover proves 'you don't have to be stick thin to be on the front of one of the world's most popular fashion publications,' but we beg to differ. Adele's face looks a shadow of its normal self. Seriously, where have those full, womanly cheeks disappeared to?
In response to Lagerfeld's hurtful comments, the singer insisted she's proud of her curves: "I enjoy being me; I always have done. I've seen people where it rules their lives, you know, who want to be thinner or have bigger boobs, and how it wears them down. And I just don't want that in my life," she said.
"'I've never wanted to look like models on the cover of magazines. I represent the majority of women and I'm very proud of that."
