The unknown male caller speaks to someone named 'Ru' – Rumer's nickname - asking for the name at the front gate so that the paramedics can get through security.
Earlier in the phone call, a female (possibly Rumer) tells the ambulance dispatcher that 49-year-old Demi is “convulsing” and “semi-conscious, barely” after smoking something “similar to incense”.
It's believed that Demi may have smoked K2 or Spice, a legal product that mimics the effects of cannabis. She's also believed to have inhaled nitrous oxide, commonly known in Australia as 'bulbs'.
Demi left hospital at the weekend and is now recovering at home.
