According to TMZ, Gabriel, a model, decided to keep his 3-year-old daughter home from school but forgot to tell the nanny, who works for both he and Halle.
The nanny apparently went to pick Nahla up from school, and when finding she wasn't there, went to Gabriel's home to ask why she had been absent.
Upon being questioned, Gabriel apparently flew into an 'angry rage', saying: "You're the f---ing nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don't need to f---ing know anything," then allegedly pushed the nanny out of the door while Nahla was in her arms.
The nanny filed a police report claiming she was injured in the incident, and according to TMZ, police are investigating Gabriel for 'child endangerment' and 'misdemeanor battery.' The 36-year-old is also reportedly being investigated by child protective services, while Halle is supposedly going to court tomorrow to secure legal protection for Nahla.
The couple split in 2010, two years after giving Nahla was born. No word from either of their reps as yet…so stay tuned.
