The 39-year-old actress has been hanging out on the beach in Hawaii, flaunting her ridiculously hot bod in a typically tiny bikini, but for once it's not her awesome pins that are getting all the attention.
According to the National Enquirer, Cam, 39, has had implants to boost her cup size, and a plastic surgeon has backed up the claim.
Dr Anthony Youn (who, by the way, has never treated Cameron) told the publication: "I believe she has had a breast augmentation using relatively small silicone implants.
"Since swelling can take several weeks to settle down, I suspect she has had the surgery at least two to three weeks ago."
Cameron has said in the past that she wouldn't mind a curvier figure, telling Marie Claire in 2009: "I'd love to be more voluptuous. It's just not my body type."
