…but according to the rumours, that's exactly what might be happening!
Star Magazine reports that Kim may have seen a divorce lawyer after she was spotted on a lawyer's floor in a New York office block.
The mag claims Kim's fed up with hubby, Kris Humphries', partying habits, especially after he was spotted leaving a club in New York hand-in-hand with a mystery blonde, while Kim was heading back from a week-long work trip in the United Arab Emirates.
A source told Star that Kim's totally not cool with Kris "acting like a single man," adding that the NBL player "takes other girls' phone numbers all the time."
The source even went so far as to claim there's no loving from Kris' side of the relationship.
"I don't think Kris truly loves Kim. And I don't think he ever really did."
It's hard to know what's true and what's, erm, absolute crap in all this. But the mag did speak to a producer involved in Kim's new show Kourtney & Kim Take New York, who said: "Kim's mapping out 2012, including holidays, and Kris isn't a part of it. Any itineraries for the future don't include Kris very much."
Ouch! Could this really be the beginning of the end already?
