We're sure she's really busy looking after the new bub, but let's face it, we all know there's a reason why image-conscious Posh is avoiding the paparazzi.
According to reports, the tiny 37-year-old gained 9.5kgs while pregnant, and she's desperate to lose it all before attending Fashion Week in early September.
Grazia claims that Posh is following the controversial 'Five Hands' diet – a strict regime which allows only five handfuls of food a day.
A source told the magazine that she's cut out sugar and has been snacking on tiny portions of smoked salmon, prawns with chilli, yellow-fin tuna sushi and scrambled eggs.
“Victoria wants to be in the best shape she can in time for New York Fashion Week,” says the source.
“Five days after giving birth, she started eating five high-protein meals a day accompanied by green vegetables, drinking gallons of water, and only snacking on goji berries and nuts.”
“Victoria's been doing gentle post-natal exercises and 10 minutes of Pilates,” the source adds.
“In a few weeks' time she'll pick up her normal gym routine again.”
