The jail-hopping starlet, currently under house arrest, has violated the terms of her probation by testing positive for alcohol - and is due back in court tomorrow. Maybe she wanted an excuse to get out of the house?
"Lindsay tested positive for alcohol," a source confirmed to Radar Online.
"The judge in her DUI case, Judge Elden Fox said she couldn't consume any alcohol while on probation. The probation department has prepared a report, and Lindsay will be in court tomorrow."
Even the electronic monitoring company that are watching over the house-bound star are over it.
"They don't want to continue to monitor since they have been notified that Lindsay violated terms of her probation. The drinking occurred while Lindsay was under house arrest," the source said.
Lindsay recently spoke to Life & Style, and posed for pictures inside her plush pad while serving her house arrest term.
"When my friends come over, they're not drinking," she insisted. "Alcohol is not in my house, so it's just not a part of my life."
When asked if she'd have a tipple when she was a free woman, Lindsay replied: "I don't think you should ever say never."
