The 41-year-old glamourpuss has revealed to a US radio station that she started going grey at the age of 23 and now has to dye her hair every two weeks to keep the re-growth at bay.
"My mum and my dad both went grey at a young age and I did too. At 23," said J-Lo.
"Once I got started doing movies I started to grey. It was the stress, the pressure," she said jokingly, adding that she visits the hairdresser at least every fortnight to keep the grey hairs in check.
When J-Lo won the 'Most Beautiful' title, she stressed to fans that it was her job to look good. "I don't want anybody thinking it's easy," she told People Magazine. "It does take time and it's hard work."
