The 41-year-old said of the honour, “I feel happy and proud. Proud that I'm not 25!”
But she felt it was important to stress to readers how hard she works to look as good as she does.
“The thing is, it's part of my job,” Jennifer told People.
“I don't want anybody thinking it's easy. It does take time and it's hard work. HDTV wide-screen is nobody's friend!”
But despite her glamorous lifestyle, Jen says she's most comfortable away from the cameras and at home with her husband Marc Anthony and their three-year-old twins Max and Emme.
“That's when I'm my happiest,” she says of going make-up free around the house.
“Just being able to touch my face and rub my eyes and my fingers in my hair and not having to worry about messing it up. It's so much better.”
