According to US Life & Style magazine, hairstylist Vanessa Price created the 16-year-old's signature style in 2009, and makes housecalls to Bieber to touch up her work.

She told the publication: "I usually cut his hair every couple of weeks when he's on tour."
Vanessa and Bieber had no idea the haircut would become so 'popular'. Price added: "We both were shocked people cared that much about someone's hair!"
