The 29-year-old told GQ magazine: "My breasts are saggy, I've got cellulite, my hips are bigger…every actress out there is more beautiful than me."
Jessica appears in a "nude" shower scene in new flick Machete but digital trickery was used and in fact she wore underwear that was edited out.
She added: "I've never been comfortable showing my body off. I used to have anxiety attacks before shoots."
It's hard to feel sorry for her, isn't it?
