Kelly Osbourne trimmed down thanks to her stint on the US version of Dancing With The Stars, and kept the weight off thanks to a new-found commitment to healthy eating and exercise.
"Compared to how I used to eat it's completely different," she says of her life.
"I don't eat junk food. I don't have it in my house anymore. I'm more inclined to go for a bag of carrots now than a bag of chips. I never thought I would turn into that girl, but I have."
Notorious yo-yo dieter Kirstie Alley has been at it again, too. The former Weight Watchers spokesperson was fired after piling back on all the weight she lost a few years back, but recently Tweeted that she has "lost over 50 lbs." and is "having the time of my life - 30 more to go".
"Before Weight Watchers, my whole life was 'can't,'" she said earnestly. What part of going from reality TV to a major movie role to an Oscar is 'can't'? Anyway, she looks amazing - and has confessed she's happy with her current size.
"I don't want to lose any more weight, and you're never going to see me skinny," she said. "I think this is a good, natural size for me."
