A tourist spotted the 16-year-old making out with Jasmine Villegas, also 16, in the back of a Honda in Canada, and quickly snapped a photo.
Jasmine is also a singer and is coincidentally the opening act on Justin's current tour. Wonder how many bottles she'll get hurled at her after this little revelation!
The pair have been rumoured to be dating for some time although they had previously said they were only 'really cool friends'.
