Looking dapper in a classic tux, Robbie looked the picture of marital bliss - an encouraging sight to see considering he has spent much of the last decade battling addicition and depression.
"Ayda looked the most beautiful girl in the world," Robbie said of his bride on their wedding day.
"The setting was so magical and to be surrounded by family and close friends and then see Ayda appear looking so radiant was almost too much for me to take. I'm the happiest man alive.
"She makes me want to be a better person. And in the process, I have become a better person."
In the article, Robbie revealed they swapped out having human bridesmaids - replacing them instead with Robbie's eight dogs.
“The only thing that’s traditional about the wedding is the vows. No hen party, no bachelor party, no wedding showers,” he said.
“Our doggies are taking the bridesmaid roles!" Ayda confirmed.
"I was originally thinking little bow ties for them, but instead they’re going to each have flower collars.”
Their 60 wedding guests had been told they were attending a James Bond-themed party and apparently flipped when they saw the couple decked out in wedding gear. Robbie also treated everyone to a rendition of his hit 'Angels' - how Paris Hilton of him!
