The actor, 24, was inside a friend’s car in the parking lot of Ringo’s Pub when police swooped in the early hours of Friday, June 4.
He was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana (under 2 ounces), before being released the same day.
An arrest report provided by Plano Police Department says that the 5ft 11in (180cm) star - full name Christopher Chace Crawford - had been sitting inside a 2003 Nissan with an unlit joint when police approached.
