Held at their posh LA home, Kingston and his 100 guests (including Kate Beckinsale, Posh, Becks & kiddies) enjoyed a face painter, balloon artist, birds, a jumping castle, superhero characters, and chomped on burgers, hot dogs, tacos, quesadillas, french fries, chicken fingers, fairy floss, lemonade and birthday cake.
"Kingston's whole thing is, 'I need, I need,'" Gwen said of her little man.
"He is insane right now. We're just hoping for the best and that he's not going to turn out to be a freak."
Maybe giving him everything he wants isn't the best start! Mind you, we wouldn't complain if we got an invite to that sweet party!
