Simon Monjack and Sharon Murphy have been living together since Brittany's death in December last year, but he insists they are only sharing a house to support each other through their grief.
When questioned about his relationship with Sharon, Simon told The Sun there was nothing romantic going on between them... "We don't have sex, number one. Number two, she is a woman that has toxic neuropathy, which means she can barely walk. I live downstairs, she lives upstairs," he said.
The mother and son in law are planning to move to New York together this year, although they plan to live in separate homes.
Simon recently filmed a documentary segment with Radar Online in which, for the first time, he re-enters the bathroom where Brittany died.
The room is shockingly messy and cluttered — clearly Brittany was a hoarder and Simon doesn't have the heart to throw any of it away.
