Reese hooked up with Jim, a Hollywood agent, about five seconds after she split up with Jake Gyllenhaal two months ago. And while it took Reese and Jake forever to go public with their relationship a few years back, this time Reese isn't bothering with the secrecy.
A source tells Us Weekly that the pair "started as friends, and it developed into more."
"It's hot and heavy," the source adds. "They've been on some dates and she's been to his house. Jim's a charmer."
