Seems like every time we hear about Noah Cyrus she's doing something totally innapropriate for her age.

Whether it's dressing like a dominatrix for Halloween, skipping around a pole-dancing pole or performing the totally un-PG hits 'Smack That' and 'Tik Tok', we suspect this nine-year-old could easily notch up more scandals than her big sis by the time she hits her teens.

The latest news that's got us scratching our heads and wondering, yet again, 'what were her parents thinking?' ...little Noah is set to become a lingerie model.

She'll be teaming up with her pint-sized best friend Emily Grace to launch a children's lingerie collection for 'Ohh! La, La! Couture'.

The company's website describes The Emily Grace Collection as having a “trendy, sweet, yet edgy feel, reminiscent of Emily’s true personality. She is collaborating with Ooh! La, La! Couture designers to create versatile styles that can be worn with sweet ballerina slippers, funky sneakers or paired with lace stockings and boots for more of a rock and roll look. Emily’s collection will appeal not just to little girls - the line also has an exclusive Teen Collection available to a size 14."

Child's lingerie? I saw some of the photos of kids posing provocatively wearing this lingerie. Aren't these the same types of photos that get websites closed down? How can those photos be legal? Put a French name on it, call it fashion and all of a sudden it is ok? Where are the child protection advocates?

No. Just no. I'm 11 and this is APPALLING. Just revolting. Ugh, why would anyone do that? That line won't sell unless Toddlers And Tiaras buys it all for their whiny little princess girls.

I do not understand why people are so angry that children dress up and enjoy and look nice, they're just beautiful. there is too little of this, this is something kids think is funny, and they like it. you who are so afraid that they look sexy,, what are you afraid of, they are children! you who think sex when you see them, you have a problem , the kids do not think that it should been sexy but nice .. and it is nice. you who do not understand this, you have problems, you become sexy when you develop into a woman, and not because a child dresses up. Just continue and it is nice and beautiful

Where's Child Protection Service and The Department Of Family And Children Services In Their State? This is obviously Child abuse inclusive of Child Porn. Where are children rights activist? This needs to be investigated! These children should not be sexually promoted and they should not have access to lingerie.

Pfft, what were her parents thinking? She's only nine years young! I'm only eleven and I wouldn't even THINK of doing these things. Her older sister is a bad role model to her. Growing up too fast much?!

It is definately somethin younger kids do. imitating there parents and older siblings, dressing up having fun, it is meant to be something the parents laugh about say how cute. UNFORTUNATELY the parents and adults are taking it seriously and providing them with the sources to do this in public. The parents should be ashamed for encouraging it, instead of treating it like a childhood phaze of imitating older people
