The new mum is fuming after OK! magazine digitally slimmed down her post-baby curves on the cover of their latest issue.
The photo shows Kourtney with her new bub Mason just one week after giving birth. Understandably she was still carrying a fair bit of weight, but OK!'s editor obviously doesn't think mummy muffins sell mags.
The original photo was published in rival magazine Life & Style on January 11. As you can see, the Photoshop geniuses at OK! have not only shaved off half of Kourtney's belly, they've also changed the colour of her and her son's clothing in an effort to make the shot look different.
The headline reads, "My diet secrets – lose 10lbs in 10 days", but Kourtney says she never even spoke to the magazine.
"They doctored and Photoshopped my body to make it look like I have already lost all the weight, which I have not," Kourtney told Women's Wear Daily.
She later Twittered, "One of those weeklies got it wrong again... they didn't have an exclusive with me. And I gained 40 pounds while pregs, not 26... But thanks."
