Bar-fighting Barton — Mischa's bloody pub brawl

Out of work and fresh from the psych ward, Mischa Barton is pretty much right where she ought to be right now... in the headlines for brawling in a bar.

The washed up actress sparked some fisty cuffs when a man threw his drink over her while out partying for Halloween the other night.

"I was standing beside this guy at the bar when Barton went past us carrying two drinks," an onlooker told RadarOnline.com. "The next thing I knew he threw his drink over her back and she turned around and asked him: 'Did you just throw a drink over me?'

The man replied that the drink was in retaliation for Mischa stepping on his shoe, so she hit back by throwing her own drink — a pricey cocktail — in his face.

When Mischa returned to her table and told her drinking buddies what had happened, one of her male friends decided to confront the guy. They ended up brawling on the dance floor before bouncers split them up and booted them out of the club.

Apparently Mischa's got some pretty tough friends though, because the drink-thrower came out of it a total mess with "a gash to his head and his knee all cut up". Oh and a sore foot from Mischa!

Good on her, she did what any other regular person would have done. GET OVER IT! and as for washed up.. she's gorgeous so really what does she have to complain about *smiley*
For one thing, the guy who got his shoe stepped on is definitely not a gentlemen. For goodness sake, it is just a shoe!! Get over it
The title of this article is ridiculous they make it sound like SHE actuallt beat someone and what a stupid s*** anyway having a drink thrown over her and then going off whining to the boys like "don't ask me, I'm just a girl" uh.
shes not in Home and Away, FFS, she is the UK-***-Canadian model who was the original female lead in "the OC" ..I think she quit or was fired for demanding more money and maybe being a bit of a diva, and seems to have been nose-diving ever since the peak of her success
all the guy had to say was excuse me you just stood on my toe and im sure she would have said oh sorry didng realise... throwing a drin k over her he only did it cause she was a woman... i bet he wouldnt of done it to jamie foxx or kyane west... lucky it wasnt pink she would of smashed him herself.
The title makes out that Mischa was involved in physical violence. When really she did exactly what anyone of us would have done if some *** threw his drink over us.
Who is she? I don't think I know her but she looks like the actress that played bell in home and away. But however, if it was me who steped on the foot and knew about it, I would have apologised before he threw the drink on me and got out of hand, however on the other hand if I didn't know and he threw the drink, I still would have apologised and say here one from me, then throw my drink on him and step on his foot again for good mesure. So good on ya girl.
hahha we all do this at some stage in our life~ and considering she wasnt in the actual brawl the headline is just lies~ then again this is hollywood related crap i shouldnt be suprised~ next would be that guy is a immature fool lol so she stepped on your toe~ it happens all the time grow up~
da skinny scrubber should watch where she places her little piggy trotters, I would have saved me drink pushed back against her so she would buckle foward and spill her own drink over herself then appologise profusley.
I think its comforting to any girl that you have some mates who will look after you like that. guys fighting happens. testostorone people. nothing new.
