Nicole Richie gets restraining order against scary paps

who cares if she got a restraining order. paps are supposed to be annoying anyway

i would beat down a paparazi if they accosted me.. noone has a right to take photos of somone without their approval..and using some *** excuse it is for entertainment purposes...is naught but a load. whatever law they think protects them..is the same law protecting the stars from being stalked and being followed. by invading somones privacy..espeacially a superstar..they may be doing something which can cause their well being to be at risk. by puplishing somones views or opinions without a real interview...is doing nothing but splashing their face across media to be ridiculed. whatever excuse they have... stalking is illegal...and what they do is genrally worse than a stalker..going through trash, sneaking round at all hours, etc. i think a law should be made to deny the pap rights if they are assulted because they bring it on themselves.

As much as I have little interest or concer with hollowhood celebrities on this I say "good on her, every one no matter how they are perceived as being news worthy have a right to privacy and to go about their business with out being accosted"

would be great it an advirtisment hadn't plastered itself right down the middle of this story so i could actually read it

im not surprised that she got one, but i am surprised that everyone else hasnt got one yet. people conplain about how bad the paps are but they just let it go, they do nothing about it. and the reason they're paps is because no one wants someone that is a *** dickhea that oes after someone who is just famous for being Paris Hiltons friend. or is it that they cant get job anywhere else because they THICK-HEADED FREAKS!! seriously get a life. and celebrity fix, this isnt a major story. if iits not shown on the 6 o'clock news then its not worth putting on this site
