Stood up: Harry cancels date with Paris

Prince Harry is back on the singles market and who could blame Paris Hilton for trying to get a slice of the pie?

The pair had arranged to meet up in London on Friday night but Harry cancelled on Paris at the last minute, leaving her disappointed and dateless for the evening.

Harry's bodyguard called her only a couple of hours before they were due to meet, explaining that the prince wasn't even in London.

Poor Paris was all fake-tanned-up with nowhere to go and she was understandably not too happy about being stood up. But it's easy to forgive royalty.

"She was pretty annoyed that Harry blew her out but they may well meet on her next trip to London," says a source, who claims that Paris has even been invited back to Harry's family home, Clarence House.

He may need to sneak her in through the back door though because from what we've heard, the queen is pretty picky about who her grandsons date — and we're pretty sure she wouldn't be a big fan of Paris's.

In fact, (we love a good royal conspiracy), maybe she had a hand in cancelling Friday night's date?
