P. Diddy has a social conscience, who would've thunk? The bling-loving rapper has vowed to "dress less flashy" out of respect for those affected by the economic downturn.

"It's one thing to be stylish, it's another to be over the top. You gotta know when to hold back and not rub it in," he says.

Maybe Diddy finally realised the giant gold chains and sparkly rings made him look like a bit of a tool. Either way, it's a nice gesture.

Meanwhile, Jim Carey doesn't give a crap about the recession.

"I'm not in a recession," says the Yes Man star. "I'm doing incredibly well. I don't know — I just want to be honest, because I am really kicking ass. It's so wonderful to have money."
