Vanessa Hudgens attacked by drunk in London

Initial reports suggested it was boyfriend Zac Efron that was attacked, but the pair told Access Hollywood that it was the other way around.

“I actually got hit in the face!” said Vanessa. “If anything, I was the one who got attacked, not Zac.”

The photogenic twosome were leaving a crowded Apollo Theater in London’s West End when their bodyguard had to push a drunk man aside who had stumbled in front of their waiting car.

“There was a guy who was walking down the street and I think he was a little drunk and he got pushed into the craziness of it all,” Vanessa remembered. “He was blocking the door so our bodyguard had to push him aside.”

Once in the car, Vanessa realised she'd copped one in the face.

“I looked in the mirror and got a huge scratch and I was bleeding,” she said.

Zac didn't even notice what had happened, as he had been too busy trying to get through the crowd.

“I just heard about it,” he said. “I was just focused on [the] van door — I’ve gotta get to it. I got in the van and we drove away... I don’t remember getting harassed.”

In other Zac news, he reckons he's not getting his thing out in the Daniel Radcliffe Equus play after all. “I wasn’t approached for it," he said. Lame!
