Joan Rivers' acid tongue has landed her in hot water once again.
The Fashion Police star slammed Girls star and creator Lena Dunham over her weight and body-positive philosophy while appearing on Howard Stern's Sirius XM radio show. Listen to the controversial rant above.
The 80-year-old comedienne also pinpointed Lena's "hypocrisy" for doing the heavily Photoshopped Vogue cover in February while promoting body-acceptance.
In 2012, Lena told the Gothamist website she has a "Zen body philosophy... I think about my body as a tool to do the stuff I need to do, but not the be all and end all of my existence."
