Celebrity power couple Josh Brolin and Diane Lane have given their eight-year marriage the axe, their reps have confirmed with People magazine.
While the pair have sadly chosen to RIP their romance, there is no word on whether they have officially filed for divorce.
"They've been separated for several months. This was a hard decision for both of them to make," a source close to the couple told the mag.
"The relationship just ran its course."
The split comes after news of Josh behaving badly earlier this year. He was arrested for public intoxication just before midnight this year's New Years Eve. He was then spotted without his wedding ring the following day. Yikes! What a way to ring in 2013.
Days later, Unfaithful actress Diane appeared at the Palms Springs Film Festival solo and hung out with Richard Gere after presenting him an award.
This is the second marriage for both of the celebs — Diane was previously married to actor Christopher Lambert, and Josh to actress Alice Adair. The Gangster Squad star was first introduced to Diane by his stepmother Barbara Streisand at a party in 2002. They wed in 2004 and have no children together.
