The 20-year-old fitness junkie was spotted practicing the ancient Indian art of yoga on the Central American beach.

Looking toned and taut, she confidently strutted her stuff by the water, wearing a skimpy black bikini and her now trademark blonde-cropped hairdo.

There on holiday with fiancé Liam Hemsworth, Miley tweeted a photo of herself at the beautiful beach with the caption, "Rare to get a moment to thank the universe for all my blessings in the form of yoga in a place like this".

Miley took to Twitter to give thanks and share a snap of her super-hot figure.

All those salutes to the sun are certainly doing her some favours, the Disney star is looking sexy and chic in a revealing Roberto Cavalli suit on her brand new Cosmopolitan cover.
