The confession comes by way of Italian newspaper La Repubblica.
"No surgery for me; I did try botox, unfortunately, but I got out of it and now I can finally move my face again," Nicole admitted.
Her surgery-free face is "completely natural", she says. "I wear sunscreen, I don’t smoke and I take care of myself, and I am proud to say that," she said.
A natural redhead, Nicole may have adopted her blonde locks, but she can't escape her extremely fair skin. The upshot? She still looks great these days.
"I can’t go in the sun because I’m fair-skinned. It was a nightmare when I was younger but it has its benefits now," Nic told the mag.
Nicole's current husband, country singer Keith Urban, is certainly still smitten. He confessed to crying while watching Nicole on TV while he was stuck in flood-bound Brisbane.
