Lindsay Lohan may face up to eight months in jail after the judge revoked her probation on Wednesday.
CNN reports that the Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner has ordered the actress to appear in court.
Lilo was not present at the hearing as she was on tour with English-Irish boy band The Wanted (she is rumoured to be dating singer Max George).
We guess she may as well have her fun now, because the 26-year-old may be sentenced for anything up to a maximum of eight months in jail.
This could be the seasoned jailbird’s fifth time behind bars, if she is sentenced on January 15.
The actress is also reportedly going to court on January 7 for her assault charges for allegedly punching a woman in a nightclub.
Lilo’s New York lawyer has maintained that she is a "victim" of a publicity stunt.
"Once again, Lindsay Lohan is a victim of someone trying to capture their 15 minutes of fame," the lawyer told CNN.
"From my initial investigation, I am completely confident that this case will be concluded favourably and that Lindsay will be totally exonerated."
