The 41-year-old homeMADE star is staying in Tom's Beverly Hills neighbourhood, and was tasered by Tom's security team after they spotted him drunkenly scaling his fence.
"Sullivan lives at an adjacent property and was intoxicated at the time of the incident and may have confused himself and entered the wrong property," read a police statement.
Sullivan was arrested for trespassing and was treated at a local hospital for some nasty back injuries related to the tasering.
TMZ say the owner of the house where Sullivan is staying is "very upset" about the whole affair.
