The 22-year-old has been on a media blitz this month to promote her fourth album, Red, whilst 18-year-old Conor is busy tackling his final year of high school.
Famous for drawing on her love life for inspiration, Swift is more likely to discuss her relationship with Kennedy in her lyrics rather than in the press.
"I don't talk about my personal life in great detail," she told Glamour magazine.
"I write about it in my songs, and I feel like you can share enough about your life in your music to let people know what you're going through."
