The 35-year-old rapper and his reality star squeeze were dining across the street from Kim's ex Reggie Bush, who announced last week that his girlfriend Lilit Avagyan is pregnant.
The photographer, possibly hoping for an awkward chance meeting between the couples, asked Kanye if he had congratulated American football star Reggie, who Kim dated from 2007 to 2010, on the news.
Kanye snapped, grabbing the paparazzo's camera as Kim kept calm and smiled (for the cameras?). The pair seemed happy again when they got into Kanye's car and left the scene.
Meanwhile, as UK tabloid The Sun so generously points out in graphic detail, Kim's outfit for the night was rather news-worthy itself.
"There was no avoiding it as she turned her back on snappers, revealing her bum in all its cracking glory through the sheer material," The Sun wrote.
Kinda creepy.
