Kelly Osbourne has shared her latest weight-loss secret — she only eats food that's a different colour to her plate.
"Five months after Kelly started the plan, the results are there for all to see," one source told Now magazine.
"She thinks it's amazing — she takes her plates everywhere. Unlike other fads, Kelly says this diet does help you lose weight and keep it off."
Scratching your head? Well, apparently, when you eat from a plate that's the same colour as your food, it's believed to increase your appetite by 20 percent. So, eating from a plate that’s a different colour to your food means you eat less of it.
Kelly, whose struggle with weight has been a very public one, has lost close to 30kg in the past two years.
"I've done all the faddy diets and none of them work," she said.
"On one, I had to drink this diet shake for a week. It promised I'd lose [4.5kg] but I just felt sick."
We're sure eating healthy and keeping active has had something to do with it, but hey, well done, Kelly!
