Tori Spelling underwent emergency surgery over the weekend to correct a "dangerous complication" from her recent childbirth.
According to TMZ, the actress was rushed to hospital on Saturday.
"She remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably,” her rep told People magazine.
Tori gave birth to her fourth child Finn via C-section on August 30.
