Good news for Prince William and Duchess Kate — a French court has granted them an injunction, preventing Closer from publishing any more pics of the topless duchess.
The celebrity mag's publisher Mondadori France will be fined €10,000 (almost $12,500) per day if it releases any more photos, or sells them to another publication.
The magazine has 24 hours to hand over all of the offending photographs in its possession.
In a four-page ruling, judges outlined that since the couple were "on the terrace of a private home, surrounded by a park several hundred metres from a public road", they could "legitimately assume" that their privacy was protected.
Criminal charges have also been filed against the photographer and the magazine. France's privacy laws are notoriously strict, and if they're found guilty of violating them, both the paparazzo and Closer's editor could face time behind bars.
In addition, the magazine could be fined up to €45,000 (over $56,000).
