What do you do when paparazzi ambush you when you're on a lunch date? Well, if you're Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield, you use the attention to do some good.
Emerging from a New York City restaurant after their meal, the pair held handwritten messages on pieces of cardboard over their faces.
"We just found out that there were paparazzi outside the restaurant we were eating in. So... why not take this opportunity to bring attention to organisations that need and deserve it," the messages read.
Those organisations were Gilda's Club New York City, which helps support people suffering with cancer, and the Worldwide Orphans Foundation, which works to improve the lives of children without parents around the globe.
