Despite the public uproar and legal threats from the royal family over the publication of photos showing Kate sunbaking topless, the editor of Chi magazine says not even a phone call from the Queen would stop him from going ahead with a 26-page special section dedicated to the pics.
Meanwhile, a furious Prince William wants jail time for the peeping paparazzi who took the photos of his wife topless by the swimming pool of their French chateau.
Britain's Sunday Mirror reports that the prince is willing to testify in the French courts and he's pursuing a criminal case rather than a civil case against the photographers responsible.
"I want them jailed," William reportedly told friends.
One photographer has come forward to defend her actions. Valerie Suau says Kate was clearly visible from the road and should have been more careful if she didn't want to be seen.
"There were other people around, including walkers and cyclists, as well as staff at the chateau," one of her colleagues told the Mail Online.
"The Duchess was sure to have known this, and perhaps should have been a bit more careful about displaying her body in such a prominent position."
Suau's photos, which she says were "all decent", were sold to a local French newspaper.
While many Brits are outraged by the invasion of privacy, a lot of continental Europeans are arguing that it's simply a "cultural misunderstanding" since topless sunbakers hardly raise an eyebrow in countries like France and Italy.
