Her mother Dina appears completely out of it in a new promo for her interview with Dr Phil McGraw, to screen on Monday. Watch the preview in all of its trainwreck glory above.
In the cringe-worthy clip, Dina slurs her words, slumps into the couch, giggles, cries and even flirts with the moustached doctor.
"You're, like, in your little tie and your little shoes," the 49-year-old sobs.
"I'm in my little tie and my little shoes? What the hell does that mean?" an unimpressed Dr Phil responds to a now-cackling Dina. Uhhh, what the?
But she does have a lucid moment when Dr Phil asks her how she feels about being dubbed the "worst mother in America" and "worst parent ever".
"That's so me!" Dina quips.
The mother of four has often been accused of capitalising on Lindsay's fame. Her most infamous moments include bringing TV cameras into Lindsay's rehab clinic, starting a reality show about trying to get her other daughter Ali famous, and trashing Lilo and her drug and alcohol addictions in a tell-all memoir.
Dina's ex-husband Michael Lohan even chips in via satellite.
"Was [Dina] drinking before she did your interview?" asks Michael, another model parent.
Nothing's off-limits for Dina, including her 26-year-old daughter's many legal issues.
"If she was living in New York, five of them would be obsolete," she claims.
"Can I go home now?"
We can only hope Lindsay's not her designated driver.
