Billy Ray Cyrus announces competition to find the world's best mullet

Billy Ray Cyrus launches competition to find the world's best mullet
Billy Ray Cyrus has launched a quest that's surely very close to his achy breaky heart: to discover the world's greatest mullet cut.

(Terms and conditions: If Billy Ray Cyrus created the competition, Billy Ray Cyrus cannot win the competition.)

The formerly-mulleted muso wrote on his Twitter page: "Does anyone else have any good mullet pictures you'd like to share with the world ? Please ....submit now. Winner gets 4 tickets to CHICAGO."

That's Chicago the musical, not a Billy Ray Cyrus gig in Chicago, or anything.

Billy Ray chopped off his own mullet a few years ago. According to this song, he totally regrets it:

"Your mullet must be at least this tall to enter." Shania Twain communes with Billy Ray's hair at the 1999 Country Music Awards.
