Topless and dressed in a skirt so short it might as well be a belt, the 45-year-old mum of four seems uncharacteristically uninhibited, but characteristically hot.
Photographer Mario Testino was quite taken with Nic, gushing "Beautiful, beautiful," as he snapped the risqué shoot in his Manhattan studio, V Mag reports.
"You are so hot it is beyond! Look at your body! It is incredible!" he raved.
