Feel-good closing ceremony vibes soothed old wounds for Liam and the Girls, who spent the better part of the '90s throwing insults at each other.
Mel B posted a pic of the former enemies partying together after their respective performances, tweeting, "Love @liamgallagher 'come and 'ave a go!'"
Her comment was a throwback to the 1997 Brit Awards, when Mel B challenged former Oasis front man Liam to "'ave a go if you think you're hard enough" after he declared, "If I bump into the Spice Girls I will smack them."
Emma Bunton also tweeted a pic of the Girls and Liam (along with Muse drummer Dominic Howard) still in party mode as the sun came up.
The singer-turned-fashion designer was keen to reassure fans she won't be swapping pumps for platforms any time soon, tweeting, "I was a pop star for the night! I love u @MelanieCmusic, @OfficialMelB, @GeriHalliwell, @EmmaBunton!! We did it!!"
The other girls continued to tweet through the night, with Emma and Mel C taking digs at Mel B for refusing to take off the catsuit she wore on stage.
"OMG so sad @OfficialMelB get changed!!!" Mel C posted at 3am London time.
We're loving that the Girls still (appear) to be so close 18 years after they first formed. Spice Forever!
