John, who boasts a long list of famous ex-girlfriends including Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Simpson and Taylor Swift, was snapped driving fellow musician Katy to LA's Chateau Marmont Hotel for a nightcap after a romantic dinner date last night.
The pair had previously been spotted grabbing pizza together last month and holding hands and cuddling at a party on July 19.
Katy, whose divorce from Russell Brand became final just weeks ago, was linked to John way back in 2009 when she apparently "made it her mission" to get closer to the notorious ladies' man.
Looks like she finally got her wish!
