Yes, Michael Lohan is expecting a child with his girlfriend Kate Major — the same Kate Major he was violent against and threatened to kill after she refused to perform oral sex on him.
According to TMZ, Kate is in her first trimester. Now, the restraining order she had against Michael was only lifted a few weeks ago, so it's safe to say the child was conceived illegally.

Speaking of the eldest Lohan daughter, she read the news online, and according to reports, she's not too happy about it. Given the child support disputes between Michael and her mother, Dina, she finds it hard to believe he'll be able to pay for another child.
