The actress posted a video of her recent nasal invasion on YouTube, but not before warning fans of the graphic footage.
"I may or may not have just gotten my nose pierced again … And I may or may not have video … you see where this is going?" she tweeted, followed by a warning, "Do not watch that last video if you are squeamish."
Well, we watched it, and it's really not as bad as you might think.
Evan Rachel is actually pretty chilled, taking deep, yogic breaths while the piercer works his magic.
