Miley Cyrus gave photographers a clear shot of her latest tattoo as she left her Pilates class in LA yesterday.
The newly-inked passage on her forearm is a quote from a speech made by President Theodore Roosevelt in 1910:
"So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat."
19-year-old Miley already has the words "Just Breathe" tattooed on her rib cage, "Love" on her ear, "Love never dies" on her arm, a huge dream catcher across her torso, a heart on her right hand, a cross on her wedding finger, an Om symbol on her left wrist, Akarma symbols on her fingers, an "=" on her finger to show support for gay marriage, and a skull on her ankle.
