Gone are the now 62-year-old's once manly jawline and strong, athletic features.
In their place, Bruce has got himself a skinny nose, taut, shiny skin and over-plucked, feminine eyebrows.
The former athlete has previously admitted he first went under the knife for a partial face lift and nose job in his mid-30s, and that the results of the surgery weren't, err, as great as expected.
"If you Google my name, the worst plastic surgeries of all time, or whatever it is ... they’ve compared me to Michael Jackson," he said in a past episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Stepdaughter Kim revealed that Bruce had surgery again when he turned 60, in an attempt to correct the original botched job.
