Pics of the actress with artist/photographer Tasya Van Ree showed the duo giggling like a couple of teenage girls as they hung out in LA yesterday, a mere 24 hours after news of their so-called 'split' hit tabloids.
The pics, which you can see here, have put a spanner in the works when it comes to the young actress' supposed fling with Johnny Depp.
Amber has been linked to her newly single Rum Diaries co-star since the 49-year-old announced his seperation from long-time partner Vanessa Paradis last week.
Only yesterday Us Weekly quoted a source saying Amber and Johnny were "100 percent dating", while In Touch Weekly claimed she and Tasya "are no longer in a relationship".
But with the couple looking just as happy as they did in 2010 (see pic above), it seems Johnny hasn't got a chance!
