The celeb-bashing 79-year-old had Jimmy Fallon and audience members in hysterics on his talk show last night, as she compared Nadia Suleman's "famous" vagina to the equally famous Splash Mountain, often referred to as the "log ride".
(In case you've been living in a hole for the past few years, Nadya is the American woman who gave birth to octuplets via IVF back in 2009).
"I hate Octomom: Her vagina is like the log ride at Disneyland. It opens up and a thousand wet, screaming kids come flowing out," said Joan.
The tirade was presumably a plug for Joan's new book, I Hate Everyone … Starting With Me, and Octo wasn't the only one to cop flack.
Christina Aguilera's figure also took a hit, with Joan saying, "So, I'm at Spago's with Melissa, we're eating dinner and fatso is along the way, she comes lumbering over to my table with that no-neck look, she comes over and says, 'You gonna finish that?'".
Ouch!
Rough digs, but then again, you pretty much know you've made it in Hollywood when Joan Rivers gives you a walloping.
